Production Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in a production or coordination role, with specific expertise in working with PCB (Printed Circuit Board) Assembly and Quality Assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination with PCB Assembly Team:
  – Act as the primary liaison between the PCB Assembly team and other departments.
  – Oversee the assembly process to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

• Quality Assurance Liaison:
  – Transport completed PCBs to the Quality Assurance (QA) team for inspection and testing.
  – Facilitate clear communication between the PCB Assembly team and QA to ensure all quality requirements are met.

• Delivery Management:
  – Manage the delivery process for completed PCBs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to the relevant departments or external clients.
  – Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to address any shortages or delays.

• Documentation and Reporting:
  – Maintain accurate records of PCB production and quality checks.
  – Prepare and present regular reports on production progress, quality issues, and delivery status.

• Problem-Solving:
  – Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the PCB assembly and QA processes.
  – Implement improvements to streamline production and quality assurance workflows.
