QA Tech Lead

Academics: B.E. or equivalent, preferably in Electronics, C.E.

Key Objective:

To provide confidence to the Management that Quality is being built into the products, by the project teams, through all the phases of the projects and the activities, including Proof of Concepts, Design, implementation, Verification and Validation.

Responsibilities:

Heading and Process Ownership for the QA processes.
Establishing and improving processes leading to Quality.
Responsible for “Quality Planning” across projects.
Responsible for releases of deliverables and products to the customer.
Single point of contact for customers and external agencies for the matters related to Quality.
Providing functional leadership to testing teams for Hardware, Firmware and Software.
Planning and organising objective assessments, planned, or as required, across every project.

Skills and experience Required:

Experience of Hardware/software/embedded testing, at least any one, preferably two, of these.
Good working knowledge of security standards.
Familiarity with Quality Management standards.
Hands-on experience of requirement gathering, creating system requirements and design specification for one or many features and capabilities.
Exposure to testing various communication protocols, used in industrial automation and IOT.
Work experience using Agile methodology for product development.
