Challenges:

The client was looking to improve the user experience for their developed orthodontic software application and to enhance the application with new feature development.

Solution & Approach:

ALPHA conducted a benchmarking study of the existing software application to set up a co-development working model for product development covering:

  • Requirements elaboration and providing an approach for improving user experience – development for implementing smart & quick search engine
  • Enhancement covering new feature development – custom teeth bracket 3D files uploading for visualization & alignment on 3D viewer assisting patient treatment plan

  • Cost-effective value-driven relationship model: On-going co-development partner working as an extended arm for product development activity
