The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for driving and executing inside sales strategy leading to customer acquisition plans for India & overseas markets.
Responsibilities:
Conducting market research and keeping up to date with the knowledge of the market.
Providing baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information before prospecting calls.
Making outbound prospecting communications to build and manage lead development pipeline via cold-calling, networking, e-mail/e-marketing, and utilizing Internet information sources and engaging with them to maximize sales.
Analyzing, differentiating and converting clients from hot prospects.
Ensuring that the client information is maintained and updated.
Taking initiative and prioritizing tasks effectively to deliver business results.
Deliver against KPIs optimizing against customer lifetime value to meet annual forecast and goals.
Provide results and recommendations against new approaches, companies, technologies and sites, for cutting-edge programs across web, mobile and all digital extensions.
Develop recommendations to reach new members through desktop and mobile campaigns, including creative and messaging strategies.
Maintain agency relationships by setting goals, providing media assets, performance feedback, and managing budgets.
Establish and maximize the impact of sales through targeted research on events and industry associations.
Experience building a strong sales pipeline for IoT solutions marketing and lead generation would be preferred.
Competencies Required:
Inside sales experience is a must
Experience in industrial automation, digital solutions & services sales is highly preferred.
