Job Summary 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate HR to support end-to-end HR operations, including IT and Non-IT recruitment, documentation, talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, and general HR activities. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, people-focused, and capable of handling multiple HR functions efficiently. 

Key Responsibilities 

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition 

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions 
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals 
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers 
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers 

Onboarding & Offboarding 

  • Coordinate employee onboarding processes, including documentation and induction 
  • Ensure timely completion of joining formalities 
  • Manage employee exit processes, including resignation documentation and clearance 

HR Documentation & Compliance 

  • Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases 
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents 
  • Support compliance with company policies and statutory requirements 

General HR Activities 

  • Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives 
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures 
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes 
  • Coordinate with payroll and attendance teams as required 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition 
  • Exposure to IT and Non-IT recruitment is an advantage
